In a normal Kite Surfing event, the first shot is what you would expect to see...but they get old and boring pretty quickly....but, when you slow the shutter speed down from 1/1250 to 1/6, 1/8 or 1/15, it changes the whole aspect of the sport. This is a project in progress as I experiment with different lenses and shutter speeds. * Note: With the exception of a few very discreet crops, these are full frame shot with a Nikon D810 and a Tamron 150-600.

And just because he was there and I was shooting at 1/15 of a sec, I shot this guy hovering in the 25kt wind which was driving the kites.
