That lens would be ideal for safari although the lightweight telephotos for the R camera seem pretty worthwhile!
Can you take similar shots with thr 609 and 800 mm new lenses and tell us how well Canon has done to bring high level telephone within reach of thr part time bird or d as ports photographer?
