Link to outside source for image display?

Hi guys, I don't get it...can I use photos that are on PBase or my personal website to link? The photos do not display .jpg but only a reference number. Am I missing something? I'm a web dummy. :)

Right click on the photo on PBase, select Properties, copy the URL from the Location box.

Paste that URL into the dialog box that appears when you click the icon here that looks like a postcard with a mountain and postage stamp. Voila, your image will appear.
