Thanks Uwe for pointing us to this nice report. I expected we'd have more responses.
This is one talented Magnum photographer! I wouldn't worry much about the purple clothes! to me it's like a dust spot. One can deal with it.
The pictures are interesting and worth everyone looking at.

What interested me was that he compared the shutter sound to the 5D and thought the 5D was quieter!

I think that the M8 is best at showing skin tonality and landscape. Are his pictures as shown, uising anything special of the M8s characteristics? Maybe we'll see it the shadow detail but one would have to have prints to know that!
