Model Images...Ever Hear Of This Happening?

So....This girl i have shot with...One of my images of her she was told is on a porn site...I did not see it and she did not...Is this possible....

I told her,to me it sounds sketchy...I mean porn sites while sleezy are not stupid and for any image you need a release...With that release is needed a ID to show proof of age and thats even if the image is not a nude one.The above is requiered else the site could be very soundly sued for a good sum of money and if they dont check age and a minors picture was used someones going to jail.....Porn sites dont take that kind of chance...

Kristen told me my images are not even close to being poronographic in nature....

The model never saw the site or image this was all second hand news and i'm thinking not very relieable...

So.....Have you ever heard of a porn site using a models image with no release,contract or proof of age???....Have you ever known of a model to have this happen?....

The porn industry is likely a multi billion dollar market! Lots of the url's are jumped though a maize so you don't know who owns them. However, one can trace things if your motivation is there. First find the picture. If her name is on it that's bad. If it's used in association with porn that too. Then, it's a legal matter and if you can trace them you have a case. Is she underage? If so good! The police will be interested! A good percentage of porn publishers are located in Russia, former Soviet states or Asia and you will be given the run around. There's a lot too from the U.S.A and canada.

So, for you, it's about finding the picture. Otherwise no story!

I was more wondering if others know of this happening...If they know of just random models pictures being taken and used on porn sites which again like i said before using a image they need a release,proof of age and such so it does'nt seem likely they would do that.
