Worked on another shot of the cloud formations from this week. Same shot, one in B/W.
I worked on getting the greenery lighter as well. Thoughts??

A very dramatic sky! It's far better to me. I'd suggest you re-look at the harsh junction between sky and hills. It may be that you might want to add some softening.

I'd also experiment with whitening the white road lines and also spending considerable effort getting the texture of the road surface to be seen.
