More pretty things

It seems like people here might be fond of pretty things more than they want to let on. You might call this my attack on the grunge. Lets fill the houses with flowers and fragrance, colour and all the wonders of nature. Sweep out the dust, give the place a coat of paint and put a smile on our face.
And if one person says we should be enjoying the gifts of God I'm going to hit them with something extremely heavy and sharp. Just leave it alone for a while. OK?

How lovely, indeed , the Gifts bestowed upon man by God.
It takes an eye to see, a heart to feel. And, once in a while, someone, even Tom, to bring some of that beauty to us.

Regards.

That's it, Fahim. I'm coming to get you with a big stick.
Either that or I just have a good laugh at you taking the piss out of me.
I'll go for the latter.
Good eyes, no heart, lots of time on my hands.
Cheers
Tom

Res ipsa loquitor

As Asher says, (and I had to google translate the Latin) Tom, these do speak for themselves. I'm not shy about liking pretty and these certainly are. I enjoy how delicate they are and their translucency. This one in particular has such grace and like a ballerina taking a bow. I would certainly love to have it on my wall, as I don't think I would tire to look at it and smile every day. Beautiful. Thanks for sharing,
Maggie

Now, if that was just in Ultra Large Format, black and white with a soft focus lens, by gosh, you'd have something there. But probably only if you printed it by hand with carbon. Old school carbon. You'd lose the contrast punch with platinum, but carbon, 11X14 contact print, soft focus, then you'd have a good image. :~'))

...never mentioned God once, but I still pissed him off ;)
