I think" I like no. 1 for the expression for sure-
yet no 2 shows a different mood in action almost 'cherub" in nature

I think no 1 is the shot and I will order it for a Valentine for the parents-
Peyton has been such an inspiration in my portrait photography for so many years before she could walk even- She is growing up so fast and to be able to still be here to capture her grace and beauty has been such a blessing as is this forum with such good photographers to help me on my learning way-

I'd say two as it shows more of a window into her soul. I would however agree with the others that one is the correct choice for this usage.
