Hi Ashik,

You are modest to call this your "clicks". We love the window opportunity to Bangladesh life. You are now our eyes and ears. Tell us more about yourself and where you live I chose this one photograph as it's full of friendly delightful children. These are our future be they in Yemen or Durban or Chicago's South Side. The job of our generation is not to let theirs.

Asher

To post your picture: See if you can get he url of the pictures you choose, like I did by simply selecting and sliding them to an open Firefox browser page. The url will appear in the bar above. Insert it between
or else use the "mountain" icon on the top of each new post dialog box.

thanx asher

O yes, I am Ashik Ikbal which you already know. I am a practicing architect in Dhaka city also teaching architecture at university level.

Thanks for your nice words 'eyes and ears'

Bangladesh is a land of huge prospect, having a dense population like ours; no other countries of third world are surviving such happily. Even poverty, corruption and political insurgency couldn’t rupture our 150 millions spirited souls.

Socio-economic ups and downs and globalization bang always hosting a momentous role to any country. Bangladesh is nothing different to that. The cultural homogeneity and patriotism has been holding us as a monolithic nation.

The angel faces you saw, they will always smile, they will always laugh even many of them didn’t have a proper meal in that morning for sure, when I was shooting into their squatter.

Hope your forum members will raise awareness to the distressed developing countries.

Regards

Ashik Ikbal
