Navy pinup photo, from my first ring-light project!

This is from a photo shoot using the first high power ring-light I ever built.

It was made from an old Hasselblad low powered ring-light I modified to put on a Norman 400b battery powered pack.

I had to modify the pack to stop the after glow, and not use it over 100 watt seconds, the first time I used it I melted the plastic clips holding the flash tube so I used silicone glue to hold the tube in place!

Love this!

You have progressed greatly since using the Norman. Your Canon 200 WS modification is fabulous!

I wish I could find your thread on mouting options!

I love that shot. It’s so well thought out and executed.

She is so cute & simply adorable!

How did you find this perfect character. Did you provide the uniform?

What’s the story?
