My first thought was Tromso too. Somewhere I have a shot of a church clock taken at midnight during quite bright light. Unfortunately, it looks just like a church clock picture taken at noon.

How can we be sure this is truly Norway ... and how can we be sure that they're sunbathing ... mmmmhhh ... I guess the photo answers both questions ... rather convincingly.
