Don,

I love waterfalls but find it so challenging to integrate all the aspects in one unified picture. There's always the question of how much of the surrounding landscape to include. We never have total freedom of where to put our camera. Here you have done an excellent job. The water fall itself is interesting by there being a number of shoots for the falling water. The rock shape to the left in partial shadow is interesting and the presence of dry richly-colored leaves in the foreground adds a great touch of mood of fall.

Still, this picture is also ideally suited for B&W and with a tad of sharpening produces an alternative presentation really worth examining. Surprisingly to me, it still gives the impression of autumn!

Charlotte ,I appreciate the kind words .
I really saw and felt some emotion as 12 screaming kids came running down the hill in front of the falls with the start of a downpour and feeling thankful that I was already packing my tripod after shooting :)
