I'm going through the year 2013 for the family album and came across this one. Shot in May on (Finnish) Mother's Day in the family summer house's sauna. Fire in the sauna stove has just been lit and there's some time to get lost in thoughts.

This quality of the sauna experience is a revelation. Such meditation in a womb has to be a great way to lose all the practical issue one carries. Thanks for sharing this special scene.

Asher and Fahim, thank you so much for your comments. Indeed, sauna is a meditative place for us Finns. I know this aspect can be difficult to understand for anyone else. Hopefully this picture delivers at least some of that feeling.
