Lovely.

But I know we are discouraged from giving such trite critiques here. So, moving into something more substantive:

I think the pixel at x=601, y=338, with RGB values 213,118,2, wholly fulfills, even exalts, the orangeness of the foreground subject.

Best regards,

Doug

Hi Prateek,

I like the somewhat lower perspective of the first image better.
You could also try diffusing the light a bit more, I think it will enhance the image with a bit smoother tonality. You can also try using backlighting.

Cheers,
Bart

Hi Prateek,
These are wonderful in their simplicity.
If made to choose, I'd say I like the first image just a bit more than the second.
In the second, the lighter background seems to pull me away from the subjects.
Very nicely done nevertheless!

These have grown on me, Prateek,

At first I had issues meeting with them. I waited and returned and now I like them as simple presentations wth a lot more to imagine on what these might represent, if anything at all. I simply enjoy the light on the orange and would them not need any other justifications.

In both cases, I'd wonder what you might feel about splitting the space between the top of the bowl and top border and cropping. Less on the second picture. I feel the pictures could become stronger.
