Will, most of the fish we eat is grilled either in charcoal or in electric resistances.
Most of the time it is the later, as to use as charcoal needs some work
even being the best way.
Very simple seasons: salt ! That's all !
On the dish we run a thin line of olive oil and eat them with lettuce salad and small new boiled potatoes which are very tasty.
Today we are going out to eat in the restaurant and I will be careful enough to shoot all the food before eating.
But most of our meals are, I should say... natural or as natural as possible.
But, we do like fried food which we eat from time to time.
