Thanks for the info.
I did a Google on 'Powder Bowl' and that's what it came up with, but WA makes sense considering Tracy's location.
So those are the Cascades?

The locaton is in Washington at Crystal Mountain Ski resort. It’s a whisker east of Mt. Rainier and part of the Cascade range.
