Someone might tell us how to get the URL from a flickr site so it ends with .jpg or .png as needed for this website! Meanwhile, I simply have loaded up your image for you, Robert!

Hi Robert,

This is an interesting picture of Rina, as if you are about to tell us a story. Looking forward to more. Is there some other artist's work at the back your mind to which you pay homage or is this just what you happened to make at that moment?

BTW, Do you still have Polaroid film in your refrigerator?

Asher,
Thanks for the help loading the photo. I did the shoot last thursday. Rina is my wife and we were fortunate to be off during the week together do get this done with no interuptions (no kids ;) ). Took about 230 DSLR pics and about 20 polaraoids. I actually took more polaroids but most of the film was bad.

I used Impossible Project PX600 SIlver Shade film (black frame). We used our spare bedroom that has a beautiful antique bedroom set with some other antiques as well, such as the phone. The bedroom window is large and is always flooded with light on a sunny day. The walls are a light yellow color which helps with the brightness but also adds just enough grey to the walls in the photos.

Personally, I love the way the polaroids turned out. The look was exactly what I was trying to achieve.

Robert,

This is a most FABULOUS project! I'm thrilled to see this work with the Impossible Polaroid type film. Which camera did you use?

Asher,
I used a regular polaroid 600 camera with the flash covered by electrical tape to make sure there was not too much light. The room itself is very bright.

The Impossible Project film I used (silver shade, black frame) worked fanstastic in my opinon. The look is exactly what I was going for. I also used a pack of PX600 white frame. 1st pic was messed up. The rest of the roll had a darker line going through the right side of the pics. ( I will send you scans with the others, if you could post them it would be appreciated) I still cant figure the url thing out! I also used some original polaroid 600 b&w film but it didnt work (too old) I also tried some expired 1200 film, also bad.

I am very excited about the black frame PX600 film and am already planning more shoots using it!

I also have a polaroid 600SE SLR camera but am having a hard time figuring it our for sme reason. Cant get good pictures to come out. Im not sure what I am doing wrong.

Is there a section dedicated to Polaroid on here? It would be nice to get help fom some more experienced polaroid users for the 600SE.

Thanks, Robert
