Not anywhere near simple, unless you just walked up to to an existing pile of fruit and took one shot! Rather this seems to be assembled from cutouts.
There is so much to be discovered, and I could be easily wrong for the shadows and some unusual shapes.
I would think of avocados, oranges, pineapple, pomegranate-colored artichokes, that really flummoxed me as a start!
