Second Juvi Bald Eagle released....all reunited!

Meet the Audubon early this morning to release the female Juvi Eagle. Her brother was released a few weeks back. She was a bit larger than her brother.
Apparently the Juvi decided to take a bath before she left the Audubons Birds of Prey. She had a tough time getting any long distance flight until she dried of a bit....finally resting in a tree!

Another great morning.....A few weeks back when the nest fell from 45 feet it's a miracle these Eagles survived. Now the Parents and Juveniles are back together...makes for a great day!!!

White/gray stuff behind the Eagle is Spanish Moss, it seems to be hanging in a lot in the tress everywhere in this area. It is truly amazing how the all recognized each other. Going back this morning to see if i am lucky enough to get a family portrait!
