#series: subway passengers

Asher Kelman

OPF Owner/Editor-in-Chief
Wolfgang,

It's universally fascinating to watch the other travelers. But those in a subway are especially interesting as the seat arrangements often allow for great photographic angles. You have caught a great sampling of the denizens!

Hi

... four moments in time ... :

So impersonal! No one invests in the humanity next to them!

It's like at sports, women do not seem to as easilly repress there primitive facial gesticulations when making a concerted effort to excel in that moment! Look at pictures of women's soccer and see the same grimaces!

She seems so isolated, tired, almost fatalistic! However, she could actually be planning her grab child's birthday party or reminiscing about a beautiful romance. We project ideas but we really never can know!

Isn't travel in public transport sometimes so bloody awkward!

Thanks, Wolfgang for sharing. Are the folk in Munich or Paris much different?

Asher
