A true fairytale.
A young girl, with her classmates, visits a far away land. A school trip. It is a small land. Crowded at that time of the year.
There are other kids too. From distant lands and locals. With friends and parents and teachers. Boys and girls. An enchanting place. Music is in the air.
Our young girl sees a boy. Something in his eyes. Something in his smiles. They look at each other briefly.
A smile. A nod. They walk away. A backward glance.
Days turn into months. Months into years. Our young girl turns into a beautiful woman.
On her own this time, the young woman visits the same land again. She wanted to. So does the young man. Neither has forgotten. The time long long ago. The time when they were young.
We meet these two in Venice. They are here to celebrate their 35th ( or 30th ) wedding anniversary!!
The story is theirs. The treat this night is ours. Happy anniversary guys.
