Squared cropped portraits (6)

Lately my right finger has been quiet and I have not been shooting much as I should.
But I have been re-organizing my site sellecting only what I think to be the very best photos and I came to the conclusion that I had some good portraits.
I went back in the archives and discovered some nice pictures which I have cropped in the square format.
As I liked some of them I decided to start a project where I will place all the photos under the same format.
I show you some of those pictures.
I start with my own mother, my uncle and - for a change - some young people I shot 2 years ago, ending with a recent one.
Thank you for watching.

Antonio: I'm wondering about the experience of shooting 35 mm and then cropping to square, vs. shooting square with, say, a Hasselblad.

Nice portraits.

Square

I like the square formats - actually - I am also doing the squares and re-doing my website

I like all of these but I think that # needs to be brightened up just a little. The lighting on is a bit flat. Totally just one slider tweaking.

Hello Doug.

Some years ago - many in fact - one of my father's friend sold his Hasselblad with two lenses which I completely missed. :(

I kept from my father a Rolleicord, now with some fungus as I saw the other day.

But now I only shoot digital with a 20D, a 5D and a G9.

Excuse me but not for me. They look good.

It is true that for the moment I do not own a spider for calibration but - as you know - the colors depend a bit on the monitors...
