This is a dramatic picture. I wonder if making the anchoring building on the left vertical would in Photoshop, (using Edit-Transform-Perspective), mght make the curves of the arch more striking against the sky?

That would be very interesting to see - however, I do not have photoshop on my computer, but certainly welcome anyone else having a try.
