One of the largest employers in our area, once the largest employer shut its doors forever. This mill, once a fine linens paper mill, later to switch to cardboard and heavy stock papers is the seond of two area mills to go belly up. When in full operation, the air surrounding community had a rather odiferous odor though those whose livlihood depended on it always said, "it's the smell of money.

Impressive panorama. You chose well the use of that IR filter. [Is it a new acquisition?]

It’s sad to see major local industries vanish like that.

In fact it’s akin in trauma to a major destructive storm, as soon many folk in a widespread area are hurt!
