The journey of a lifetime. There are many challenges to overcome. A long time has passed since the journey began.

There have been trials. And tribulations. Death was sometimes near, sometimes far.

The challenges..well one is just forced to carry on. Come what may.

Help. Yes. Better nowadays than in the past. But one never really knows.

Will the journey be worthwhile? Who knows? Time only shall tell.

Can one alter the course of events..the outcome. Not in one's hands.

But the thrill is there. Along with the ever present dangers.

That one has survived this arduous undertaking is itself a miracle.

Yes. Truly the journey of a lifetime...

The journey for you has already paid off handsomely. You have had a good share of fortune, especially in the great times with your family, through rough times and joy. You've witness more scenes of beauty than 99.999% of all humans who have ever existed!

Fahim, you have been blessed. However, there's a finite amount of Cola in a Coke can! No technology can transform that equation!

However, you also have the fortune to know that your family has the educational, emotional and financial resources to overcome all challenges that befall them and the ability to carve out for themselves their own opportunities.

That, when a man closes his eyes is indeed wonderful thing!

Be grateful that if Donald Trump is buried beside you, he will not be able to talk or boast even one word!

James, Asher...Appreciate you guys looking in.

Indeed Asher, the majority of us at OPF are blessed. Much much more than most of people on earth.
We have to be thankful to whatever or whomever each of us wants to be thankful to.

While Ayesha assiduously follows Mr. Kevin Stacy into the 4th season, I do spend about 15 minutes at the end of most days to scan through the various news news channels from the States; just to keep in touch with the primaries there. Very interesting....educational too.

The journey I was thinking about, however, happens to be the one imaged below. Before someone comments in the negative..it belongs to someone very very close to me.

All of 21 weeks and 4 days into the journey!!

A great profile Fahim.
I remember very clearly the first ultrasound image of my first born son. His little vertebrae were like two strings of pearls. Amazing.
Are you about to be a Granddad? First time?
