It’s obvious to me that the nurses and doctors in overcrowded front line “battle stations with insufficient weapons and armor are being damaged by mental trauma never expected in peacetime.
Imagine the pain when one fails one’e patients, left and right, 3-4 times a day as they die!
We have heard of the horrors aftemaths of war, when warriors come home with medals...
.... and then struggle for decades with post-traumatic brain disorders.
This is going to be the fate of 3 generations of health workers!
