Time lapse

The building and the pools of light were my original subject, then this folk entered the scene and made me change my mind on the fly. I think the result is more interesting.

Ruben

Ruben, a lovely concept. The person walking down with different inclinations of the head.
If only the building had a varying texture to complement the man's walk.

Nicely done.

Regards.

This is indeed remarkable, Ruben. Kudos! Have you ever done such a time lapse before?

Hi Fahim,

So glad you like it, yes that appearance in the building would have been the cherry on the cake, well not that this is such a cake, but you know what I mean :)

Ruben

Hi Asher,

Thanks so much! As far as I remember, this is the first time that I do a composition with this particular concept. I do have done a couple of time lapse animations.

I'd like to share something that I find curious now and then when photographing people on the street. It has happened to me before, many times, I'm sure that most of you have experienced this too. This fellow came from the sidewalk directly to the center of the street. He kept going in perfect alignment with the pools of light, and perfectly oblivious to the camera. I wonder if he deliberately cooperated to give me the opportunity to make the shot? Or maybe he actually wanted to screw my shot? But then I wonder, perhaps I did his vision of this photo? Of course, the most logical answer is none of the above.

Regards,

Ruben
