In a shop window...

Regards.

Hi,

I recently bought my first mechanical watch (Hamilton Jazzmaster, discrete and nice), so i can appreciate this picture. Yes, indeed this complex mechanism is another thing than a simple electronic engine... It can be less precise but it is so fascinating.

I really like these colors (some orange and blue, beautiful) and the light which magnify the great work of the watchmaker.

Regards,

Cedric.

Cedric, thanks for your comments. I feel that as I crossover into the retirement age my appreciation of all
things of precision make increases exponentially. I am beginning to appreciate the craftsmanship going
into handmade and lovingly created works of mechanical art. Concurrently, I also appreciate the necessity
of seemingly outrageous costs for such items in this age of mass merchandising.

Best.
