I wonder if it should be lighter under the outstretched wing. Not knowing the total habitat of these birds leaves me to guess a bit on plumage colors, etc. I'm getting there and as always appreciate your comments.

Chris,
Admit, you painted the birds beak! It's fabulous. The whole vision seems like you made up the entire presence of the bird by combining found objects, spraying with lacquer and then the beak in blue was your final artist's touch. That it's alive and real is quite amazing. I thought it was a work of art!
