This looks like a an upscale fancy restaurant that will have a good chef.
I hope he has a partner to dine with him!
Not the sort of place I imagine to feast alone!
Can you explain “menú de temporada” as we don’t have that in a Los Angeles Restaurant.

I wish they would adopt the custom of seasonal chef special dishes here, but perhaps we don’t have all the long traditions of Europe and their colonies?
