Waiting patiently for the UPS man

Last week I got the 24-70mm f/2.8 to go with my D200. It's wonderful. Now I am sitting here waiting anxiously for the UPS man because he is bringing me the new 70-200mm f/2.8 VR to go along with it. I feel like a little kid waiting for Santa Claus again and I just wanted to share my excitement. I will be meeting up with a friend tomorrow morning at Brazos Bend State Park to give it a tryout. He is also bringing these same two lenses plus a brand new D3 and 600mm monster that he recently purchased. It should be a fun day.

Hi James, I'm thrilled to hear that you have this new lens. I'd love to hear your blow by blow report on how it grabs focus with different contrast subjects and in low light. Further, news of your friends D3 and the 800mm lens will be really a treat!
