That second shot is a "Play Bow". He's not so tough! He's inviting the poodle/Maltese to play.

The poodle/maltese is a bit blown out. Cute snapshots....

Missed the puppy part

Aha, I missed the puppy part. Yes, the puppies do that. My dogs still play everyday but they play chase and then "bite the face" as I call it.

Kathy: My 15 year-old Chihuahua-Pom and my 11 year old Boxer-Bichon play like crazy. They like to unmake the bed, as well as play with other dogs.

Boxer Bichon....

I would love to see a photo of a Boxer Bichon...I cannot picture that mix. My rescue Lhasa is about 12-13 and my Cairn Terrier is 6

Here she is (Mumu). The Boxer part becomes apparent when we give her a haircut and you can see the brindling underneath. This is a wonderful dog.
