Went back up to Hurricane Ridge because Lars came for a visit.

This doesn't look real. I love this shot.

Jim,

I have been fascinated by the challenges of getting rid of the ceiling mist from the distant mountains!

I did spend a long time trying to clarify that great mountain scene.

The deer too is really fun. Makes a good portrait when cropped.

Are you going to buy that bike?

Who did you take with, Lars or your wife?

Asher

Jim,

Wonderful to have a variety of landscape, (from mountains to tropical forrest), just a bike ride from you, especially in this time of limited international travel.

Look up to see what birds are there if you can hang around one place a while.

I did get a book titled "BIRDS of the Puget Sound Region Coast to Cascades" for father's day & have been reading up. Also I have an app on my phone call BirdNET that listens & identifies birds for me. Didn't see many birds there in the Hoh rain-forest.
