Who designs these dogs? It looks as if it could also serve as a mop too! The breed is the hungarian Puli sheepdog. The remarkable coat grows in woolen cords.

Here is my version, I called her DUMBO. 
Well not really, I would have called her snowdrop, "snowy"
Nearly took her home with me as she was for sale from a litter, but I decided against her, she really was not compatible with my dog Tanka, totally different energy.
