strangely disturbing? this is obviously fishing line and the toy rabbit happens to be a soft lure for my grandchild Peyton to learn casting without a real lure hook or whatever they are called
one morning I was there and thought it cute its close to Easter and look where the rabbit is hanging-
you gotta have a a sense of humor-come on now!

I think something like a smiley indicates an, at least, slight sense of humour.... :)

Ben, I understand now, what you mean. It's because I didn't think the "installation" was intricate on purpose, I assumed it was just a toy... If you think of someone who deliberately strangled a bunny toy with some string, it can be. You can imagine whatever you like. A bait for a child? An image of how you can lose your innocence? Everything is possible, but noone needs to see philosophy all the time (not me at least) :)

who would have thought this be disturbing- LOL-

I really didn't think a smiley face would be needed-it's a child's toy for goodness sake-
she learns casting with it in her back yard for summer fishing with her daddy
so when she casts and it gets stuck and then pulls hard when it comes back and might touch her it has no hurting qualities
I can't believe I would have to explain something so simple-
thanks for coming by seems like you got it!

Charlotte-

Just to be honest, I didn't think about that at all. I just stated that everything can be guessed, if you're in a state of mind of doing so. There may also be cultural elements or whatever things I don't think about. You'll never know! I'm living away from my home country, things that seems completely sane for me, are weird for the British (and the other way round of course). That doesn't reflect my own opinion, just to say that once you release your image into the wild, you don't control everything that people may think of it. Even if it seems obvious for 99% of people...
