Fumio Urano should resign also from the Board of Directors himself and leave Pentax totally immediately, for all those good things he has done to the company which lead to the uncontrollable situation like now. Instead of now being supported (or maybe he sought the support) by the Sparx (who merely an investment group) to pull out other board members who oppose the ridiculous merger.

Kombizz,

It's not clear

Nonetheless, as Pentax's supporters, customers and users, what we do not want to see is that Pentax will not continue in the camera business (not even to mention about "commitment"), but it has the chance to happen if Hoya really takes over Pentax, as Hoya's stance had been stated clearly before, by their CEO previously, when the merger was first proposed and announced.

What did the CEO of Hoya state? Was he for Pentax producing cameras in the future or not?

I cannot fathom the meaning with the convoluted syntax!

cant help thinking this is hurting their business prospects
guarantees of supply with 3rd string suppliers
retention of key personell and staffers
and as a consequence, the development of new cameras
