When I revisit a picture a number of times, that tells me something special is to be had. Your picture in B&W of a flower at the long end of its life does indeed impart feelings of lost. The set of petals with some crumpling as they lean over, display as a dress from last night's dancing, but now lifeless. Still there must be no regrets. The flower and the dress did their work in the nature of things.
