I was sitting in a small tea shop with a D700 and a 50mm, when I saw the van pull up. The backpack
unloaded and the lens checked.

I took a few shots and went back to my green tea.

Fahim,

I look at this and think, plastic! All my lenses in plastic bags with a sachet of silica crystals to keep out the moisture and keep fungus from growing. Great Leica lenses are kept in a humidity protected safe/box! Ideas here.

Silica sachets? Don't leave home without them!

Damp, muggy, hot covered with volcanic ash and mosquitos..

That is an active volcano with thin wisps of sulpur smoke in a drizzle..

Hot blazing sun, humidity in the 90s, I hauled myself across this vast temple complex. Drenched in sweat,
hardly being able to see thru the viewfinder all fogged up and sweat dripping into my eyes..

And it was 0900hrs only.

Looks so nice in a photograph..

p.s that is a reason I wear a sarong and a vest in them parts..you can tie up the sarong and remove the vest!! Sun tanned, of course.

Fascinating annoyance, Fahim! Rather pretty too! So how did you make this picture?

Asher

Asher, long story short..I photographed her for purposes of a portfolio for her. I had the time!!

This photo in particular is a composite of 2 photos. The door have been transformed to fit the frame.

Charlotte..

Thank you. The door is an antique temple door.

Regards.
