Doug, far from it. The experience in the spice market is a sum total of all senses and surrounds that

impart that sensation. I cannot convey that in one static image.

Thanks for stopping by.

Regards.

Early risers ?

Marrakech. 0730 hrs. They are early out of the gate. I stay in a riad in the alley in the center of the image.

I am late today. Usually, I miss them.

I have been up before morning prayers. Mosque and then sat with the shop vendors, vegetable sellers setting up shop.

The baking ovens were being prepared for the day.

Sun comes up. I am some distance from my bed. Sit with some people at a street side stall. Have

breakfast and head home.

It is time for these kind folk to start their sightseeing.

It is time for me to go to bed. I wake late afternoon..long shadows from the setting sun. Ayesha is

in the Atlas mountains.

I too love this picture Fahim. It reminds me of similar ones I took when visiting various markets. It is a popular subject. :)

Just Georgous. The colours, symmetry, everything. Even the composition is perfect, those bundles of cinnamon at the bottom break up a pattern which would have been too perfect, too linear.

Ben, Cem..thanks guys for stopping by and your kind comments.

Best regards.
