Fahim, I'm used to seeing your street photography, but now (included the photo the other day) I am seeing a whole different side to you and I'm loving it. I think it's the eyes. they are so intense, yet the woman stays very soft and feminine. Just beautiful, Fahim. I hope to see more,
Maggie

Fahim,

This very personable exploration is an important path for self reflection itself and considering one's relationship to subject matter. I am enjoying the picture. The style of have high key lighting or processing on the face is distinctive and reminds me of expanses of empty sand dunes on Pismo beach, California, with a detailed area of a a bunch of my fellow photographers on a high dune plateau.

So what camera and lens did you use to get such detailed reflection in the eye?

Are you the traveler?, she asked.
Yes.
Staying long?
Depends.
On what?
On what your eyes say.
What do my eyes say to you traveler?
Us standing on expanses of empty sand dunes on Pismo beach, California. The others so so far away.

D700, Zeiss ZF 100/2 Makro Planar.

Thank you Asher.
Warmest greetings.

Fahim,

Thanks .........

for the peace your images bring, lingering here for a while, soothing us!.

Pictures, work as semiphores, sending coded signals, to fill up a frame, one by one.

But words are themselves rich ancient paintings, handed down as treasures, all metaphors, owned by everyone!

Adding words you choose with your pictures is always appreciated. Any picture can be read, but having the artist by one's side is an act of generosity and kindness that takes on a guided tour.
