Having Fun Halloween Night!

Well. Halloween finally came! The cars piled into our neighborhood and then the police closed the place off to through traffic and kids dressed up as monsters, fairies, dragons and superheroes took over. We just slipped out of the area this time to have dinner out!

This lady is serving ice cream behind a plastic barrier inside the store. I'm shooting from the street through two layers of glass! LOL!!

Amazing wings! I'd have thought I'd need a much longer lens for this, but there I was, waiting for the lights to change when she arrived! Sorry about the shadow on her thigh. I could have cleaned it up, but it's late and she still looks so happy anyway!

Yes, the police would take you in one Beverly Hills second! All the folk here walk around here with wings, so to speak. It's a very wonderful place! The young lady was very sporting to allow me to take pictures. I gave her boyfriend my contact info so I hope to send her the pics. In spite of the low light in the street, her zest and spirit shines through!

Cool photos, but I especially love this one. such a lovely and natural smile. As for the camera, I can't feel too, too sorry for you as mine probably has more noise at 1600 and not useable at 3200, unless having to capture a crime :-D. But I can't afford a better camera, so have convinced myself I'm good to go with what I have.

Well, there's more! There were also large white fur-trimmed male bunny rabbits! I guess when you get little fairies, super heroes and angels there are pirates, devils and even white rabbits just getting into the mix! Remember, I'm taking these pictures as I pass the windows where folks are mixing and celebrating all festive. Well, here I had no idea what I was seeing from the back view, as it was just big bold hand-prints on this fellow's back! I guess the chef was trying to push him out of the place, but it was not flour but bright white paint. "Now what on earth is that?", I asked myself!! Well, then I spotted the front of the fellow as he was putting his ears on. A rabbit, I thought! This is amazing!

At the end, I could see that he must have returned to the kitchen after he'd been pushed out, since he now had the chef's rough hand prints on the front of his chest too!

Leaving angels and happy rabbits, pirates and that crowd, I found devils too! We've been warned recently about these fellows! Pretty damn dangerous! This one was working on Rodeo Drive doing the window design of a fancy store!
