The slight angle of the picture helps to give us a sense of the hazards the lady faces in balancing with her walker. I figure that you realized that before posting!
There's empathy here for the hazards the frail women faces in just crossing the road. I can imagine, that at the other side, impatience or perhaps kindness as she slowly gets to the safety of the other sidewalk.

Asher and Jerome, thank you! I felt fascinated when I saw this elderly person (to be honest I have no idea if it was a he or she) taking his/her time and very calmly crossing the road against red light. Like he/she was giving the finger to destiny. "Here I come, ready or not!".
It was quite early (for Spain) in the morning, so not too many cars around, however.
