The trip was done with a D700 and a ZF 50/1.4. And Ayesha's D-Lux4.
Somehow, I do not seem to have that many ' people ' images..Come to think of it, I find it strange.

Yes, I remember this picture, That's where I fell down the steps in the very top of the Castle when the guard suddenly turned round and yelled at me that photography was forbidden!
Luckily, my Canon camera broke my fall and allowed me to clunk down until I was stopped by friction, with just the front of my 24-105 needing to be replaced!

Nice photo. We will be driving past Hősök tere tomorrow morning. Hopefully, with less clouds. The second pic looks like the Pest side near the chain bridge. We looked at a flat in that area recently but ended up finding something a bit further from the Danube. Still in the 5th, though.

One of my favorite shots (can't find it anymore) from the 1960s is of of a guard in some large conference hall in Paris, a ways down a dark hall, running toward me waving frantically and shouting, "Non! Non! Le photographie c'est interdit!"
