They asked us. No, just travelers passing by.

Ayesha and me were at a club having dinner. The group started playing music....lovely music.

I had to photograph them. Later they told us that they had cut an album of their songs. We exchanged
Email addresses. I said I would send them the images. They gave us a signed copy of their CD.

Wonderful city..Beijing. Thoroughly enjoying it.

Well, according to Wikipedia,

"From Lion's Hill it is possible to view the entire Li River valley, including both the old city and new city of Lijiang. Looking Northwest, the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is dominates the horizon."


So that makes one required wide angle shot, please!!! Shaken, not stirred!

Such a lot to do! Have a blast! At least the weather forecast now is for mild temperatures.

I hope that not only do they provide all this revelry, but they also follow the Los Vegas Rule, "What happens in Lijiang, stays in Lijiang!

Xian. I forgot it somewhere.

So .jpg till I find some sd cards.

I would suggest that you change your passwords again, if you did that change from a publicly available windows computer.

A few years ago, I was in China. Everything went fine as far as computer were concerned, until departure. Then, in Beijing airport, there were publicly available terminals. Since I had little else to do when waiting, I used one to check my email. From the next day onwards, I started to receive spam in Chinese.

The only likely explanation is that this computer was compromised, for example with a key logger. So I changed my password at once and, fortunately, that was it. But from that day, I consider all publicly available computers as possibly infected with trojans.

If you used your own phone or someone's else computer that you trust to change the password, just disregard that message. But if you used a publicly available windows computer for doing so, maybe you should consider my warning. If I had nothing else, I would even consider buying a cheap Android tablet for changing the passwords. You are in the country which manufactures them, so they should be easy to find. Just try to find something which has at least Android 4.4, the earlier versions are not sure.

1974. Some village farmers were digging to prepare
The soil for crops. They encountered some resistance in the
Soil. Digging deeper they discovered pieces of buried man made
Soldiers. Some completely broken.

They put their finds in wheel barrows to dispose of them.
But first they took this find to a local official. It was passed
Up the chain.

All farmers that carted this find have since died...wealthy men.

One farmer survives and autographs his book on the
Find.

In 1974, the farmers had discovered the
Terracotta Army. Buried for 2000 years.

The Shanxi Museum in Xian holds 18 Chinese National
Treasures. One of them are some Terracotta finds.
