The following article presents a humanoid robot artist, which can recognise your face and make a portrait of it.

While the "AI" part is not groundbreaking, the video explains that making the machine appear as human was part of the artistic intent as it blurs the representation between machine and abilities which we normally only associate with being human.

How does the robot get feedback from humans about the art before them? Is it able to parse sentences and read facial expressions and combine that to a gestalt of what the art means to us?

So is it able to learn. Furthermore, might it not be able to predict future lines of humans according to evolving values and social and political changes in the news
