How did you find the owl and was it hard to reach it?

Heard him screech and fortunately, he was just a bit off the trail I was on, so relatively easy to get a shot.

D810, 200-500 @500mm, 5.6, 1/60, ISO 800 +.67 EV - very early in the morning. low light shot.

Nikon describes its 36MP full frame camera in superlative terms. I have never held one but your results are stellar.

The image stabilization obviously worked well at just 1/)0th second!

Have you been able to compare it with an R class Canon mirrorless camera?
