Moved daughter Thread. We started with a picture posted under the title of "Abstraction". That was confronted with a challenge of Art classification and so we discussed what Abstraction really might be. It turns out that there are wiudely different beliefs as to what the term might encompass.
This daughter theme emerged. It seems we have a deep interest in a line of music played on keyboards, from the string based to the synthesizer. So here it is. Asher

i have a vinyl-record "Switch on Bach" from Walter Carlos (now: Wendy Carlos).
Bach on a giant Moog-Synthesizer somewhen in the 70s.
G-R-E-A-T!!
Have some versions of Brandenburgische Konzerte recorded from the 40s until 80s on vinyl. Wonderful, of course.
But the 2nd movement on the Moog . . . is phantastic.

I didn't knew, Bach was playing CD's > sigh<
