This mass of synthetic colors works very well. The repeated patterns of the gloves and fingers makes for impact. Is there more?
I don't think that this image gets any strength from any social ideas that might come from gloves or working or some rainbow coalition of workers. But maybe I'm wrong and that was on your mind?

Hi Asher,
Indeed, no social idea in this picture, just pleasure of colours and these weird hands which create a kind of surrealist mood.
I have made another one, with a larger frame, but i don't like it very much.
