Best.

Could you post the original for comparision?

Rideau Canal directly associates with Beaver tails .. don't know why. Was there winter of 1994 so thanks for bringing up the good memories.

Fahim,

That's a nice picture. I too would like tyo see the original and also, believe it or not, in black and white if you are so inclined.

This has a lot going for it and the elements are going to have different emphasis in each form.

Hi Martin, Asher.

Thanks for stopping by. The link to the original is below. Slightly big file!

Asher, You being an elder might know the painter I am trying to emulate...unsuccessfully so far!

Fahim,

I understand what you are aiming to deliver, but the documentary style of your own photograph already is remarkable and I do like it as it is.

There's so much movement there. I feel as if I'm looking out of a window and seeing them go by right now. They are so real I could yell at them and someone would look up. when you change that, we do lose.

Fahim,

The original seemed quite a busy shot. But that was because of my oldy 19" screen, when opening it up it full screen it settles down and indeed is very real. Like being there.

Like the original better then the post produced version. Could imagine it would print well large.

Thanks for sharing!

Martin
