A classical shot, made at Le Havre beach with my Leica M6...

Hi Cedric,
I like the contemplative mode of the picture. The construction, with two major regions, pulls us even further from the lone figure in the distance. The vertical canvas adds to the tension. So, set the way it is with an indefinite tiny figure, vertical format and two zone structure with weak leading lines, it has a special unique character.
However, I had reservations about some choices. One is dealt with already! First the proximal rock at the base of the picture was not originally not totally seen, (perhaps an incomplete loading) and either shouldn't be there or should be complete. I'm glad to see it fully now!
Next, I'd look at the entire composition. to me, this would be an horizontal composition. It's natural that way and that is more restful, going in with the contemplative idea, if that indeed is a valid attribute. The next thing I would give attention to is the lines in the sand which I'd prefer to see defined.
I hope you will continue this walk on the beach and bring us more of this motif.
